Connor Doss

Connor Doss has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Connor started their career in 2008 at Precision Hotel Interiors, Inc., where they worked as a Superintendent & Project Manager until 2012. Connor then joined Hilton Anaheim as a Property Operations Supervisor from 2012 to 2013, and later became the Property Operations Manager until 2015. In 2015, Connor joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Engineering for a brief period. Since 2016, they have been working at Tricon Residential, initially serving as the Regional Director of Construction & Maintenance until 2020. Connor then progressed to the role of Vice President, Centralized Operations from 2020 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Centralized Operations starting in 2023.

Connor Doss holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management degree in Global Business from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Connor also has a certification in Executive Leadership from Ferguson Partners.
