Joel Barshaw

Joel Barshaw has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joel has worked at Tricon Residential since 2019, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst and progressing to Manager of Business Analytics before becoming a Senior Manager of Business Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations. Prior to Tricon Residential, Joel worked at Beazer Homes as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they were a Financial Analyst at Alliance Material Handling from 2016 to 2017. Joel also gained experience as an Economics Tutor at Oregon State University from 2014 to 2015.

Joel Barshaw earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics from Oregon State University in 2015. Joel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at NYU Stern School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, in 2017, Joel obtained a certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
