Kenneth Zhong

Kenneth Zhong is a seasoned finance professional with a focus on real estate private equity. Since January 2021, Kenneth has served as a Senior Associate in Investments at Tricon Residential, following a tenure as an Associate in Investments at CIBC Capital Markets from April 2019 to December 2020, where Kenneth contributed to the Real Estate Group. Kenneth began their career as an Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, with experience in both full-time and summer analyst roles from June 2017 to March 2019 and May 2016 to August 2016, respectively. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Commerce with High Distinction in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and is a CFA Level 1 candidate, having passed the examination in December 2016. Educational background includes completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary and earlier schooling at Lord Byng Secondary School.
