Max Byer

Max Byer is an experienced Development Manager at Tricon Residential since May 2021, with a previous role as Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers from June 2015 to May 2021. During tenure at Toll Brothers, Max managed the development and execution of nearly 300 semi-custom single-family homes, overseeing community profitability, budget maintenance, and fostering the professional growth of construction managers and sales consultants. Max worked collaboratively with various internal teams, engaged with industry professionals to build relationships and meet project goals, and played an active role in facilitating homeowner interactions from the sale agreement to closing. Max holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and has additional educational experience from Universiti Malaya. Key projects include Marbella at Hidden Canyon, Estrella at Altair, Ocean Hills at Pacifica San Juan, and The Meadows master plan in Lake Forest.
