Eric Smolyar

Eric Smolyar is a Treasury Consultant at TricorBraun since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading the Kyriba TMS implementation and advising on various financial forecast models. Prior experience includes serving as a Treasury Consultant at Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment, where audits of cash accounting procedures led to optimized cash management strategies. Eric held multiple roles at TricorBraun from 2021 to 2023, including Senior Treasury Manager and Treasury Manager, where leadership in team engagement and treasury integrations were key achievements. Previously, Eric managed treasury functions at Build-A-Bear Workshop and gained foundational treasury experience at NXT Capital and U.S. Bank. Eric holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing a Certificate of Proficiency in Horticulture from St. Louis Community College.
