Isabel Zavala has worked in various roles in the logistics and supply chain industry. Their most recent position was as the General Manager Customer Service at TricorBraun, where they focused on international purchasing, supply chain management, warehouse and inventory management, distribution and logistics cost optimization, supplier management, prospecting, billing, and customer service. Prior to that, they worked as a program manager at Sensitech, a global security company specializing in monitoring and tracking cargo, where they focused on customer operations and coordination of the operational staff. Isabel also worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Hanjin Shipping and Yusen Logistics, where they handled customer service, quotations, and logistics control. Earlier in their career, they served as a Operations Manager at BDP International, where they focused on import services from Europe and Asia, coordination of deliveries throughout Mexico, and customs clearance.

Isabel Zavala attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2007 to 2011. Isabel obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales y asuntos exteriores, as well as a Licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales degree with a focus on Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional.
