Yvan Lapointe

Yvan Lapointe has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Yvan started their career as the Director of Sales and Marketing at CDM Papiers Décors Inc in 2000 and held this role until 2010. Yvan then joined Staples Avantage as the General Sales Director for Eastern Canada from 2011 to 2012. Following this, Yvan worked at Cartier as the Sales and Marketing General Manager from 2012 to 2020. Their responsibilities at Cartier included providing expert solutions in end-of-line packaging and equipment for the North-east USA and eastern Canada. Yvan then joined IMS (Identification Multi Solutions) as the General Sales Director, focusing on change management, optimization, and strategies. Yvan worked at IMS from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Yvan is the Regional Sales Manager at TricorBraun, the largest packaging component supplier in the world. In this role, they are responsible for sales in Quebec and Atlantic Canada, catering to various industries such as food, wine, personal care, and more.

Yvan Lapointe pursued their education at several institutions. Yvan began by attending Collège Notre-Dame from 1979 to 1981, where they earned a D.E.S. (Diplôme d'études secondaires) in Sciences. Following this, they enrolled at CEGEP - Collège Montmorency from 1981 to 1983, although information regarding their degree and field of study during this time is unavailable. Lastly, Yvan completed their undergraduate studies at UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal) and graduated in 1986 with a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) in Administration des affaires (Marketing).
