TriCore’s Ashtyn Eastes has been working in internet support for years. As a lead IT supervisor in her previous position, she brings a unique skill set and humble leadership to the team. She works daily in support services at TriCore and is hands-on with clients both via phone and email. From managing the work queue to offering pricing and solutions, she is an important part of the daily processes.
