Ana Ionescu Enache

Ana Ionescu Enache is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in transformation projects and business process management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Appscore since June 2021, Ana previously held key roles at NAB, including Program Manager and Senior Project Manager. At ANZ, Ana progressed through several positions, culminating as Project Manager, where significant achievements include delivering multi-million dollar projects, establishing strategic roadmaps, and implementing continuous delivery frameworks. Ana has earned recognition such as the “Take Charge and Excel” award and successfully managed large teams and complex project portfolios across various global markets. Ana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Monash University.
