Jerrel Cuevas has been in the technology field since 2006. Jerrel began their career as a Route Driver at RE Canteen, where they re-stocked vending machines, collected money, and kept accurate inventory of all products. In 2009, they worked as a Delivery Driver at FedEx, where they picked up, transported, and delivered packages to various locations. In 2011, they began working at Autofusion as a Desktop Technician/Jr. Systems Admin, where they troubleshot hardware and software issues, configured/deployed PCs, laptops, servers, tablets, mobile devices, and printers, and administered Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, GPO, and all Windows Server 2008/2012 servers. In 2012, they began working at Mitchell1 - A Snap-On Company as an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist, where they troubleshot all issues as they related to Mitchell1 proprietary software, configured Windows OS based laptops, desktops, networks, security, permissions, A/V, firewalls, and internet browsers, and provided excellent customer service. In 2015, they began working at ICW Group - Insurance Company of the West as a Network Operations Specialist, where they responded to all tickets and escalations in a timely/organized manner, provided level 2/3 support within both the service desk and desktop support groups, and provided troubleshooting and break/fix support for hardware/software on users' PCs. In 2018, they began working at TaylorMade Golf Company as a Senior System Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Triden Group as a Senior Cloud Principal.
Jerrel Cuevas' education history includes attending California Institute of Arts & Technology and Merced High. Jerrel also holds several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional (obtained in February 2020 from VMware), ITIL (obtained in February 2016 from AXELOS Global Best Practice), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and MCTS (all obtained from Microsoft).
