Soundar Rajan

Soundar Rajan has worked in the recruitment industry since 2012. Soundar started as a Technical Recruiter at Cquensys, where their responsibilities included coordinating with managers/vendors to prioritize requirements, understanding job descriptions, searching resumes on job portals, screening resumes, and holding initial discussions with candidates. In 2015, they joined Trident Consulting as a Recruitment Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Senior Technical Recruiter.

Soundar Rajan obtained a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree in Information Technology from Arunai Engineerring College between 2008 and 2011.
