Jon Czas

Jon Czas is a co-founder and CEO of Trident Desalination, overseeing the commercialization of the TSSE technology.

He also serves as Director of Investment and Strategy at the C Change Group, a family of investment funds committed to materially improving the world’s utilization of energy and raw materials through transformative infrastructure and technology.

Prior to Trident, he operated as an independent project developer and president of CCA Enterprise, focusing on technologies that interact within the water-energy nexus. He previously spent time as a private practice attorney in Washington DC at WSGR, advising emerging growth companies in venture capital transactions, corporate governance and restructuring, and complex M&A activities.

Jon is an executive advisor for development and multilateral finance to companies ranging from artificial intelligence and nanotechnology to mineralogy and water. He is also a member of the IRIS+ expert working groups for Energy, Water, and WASH impact measurements.

In his free time, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Pilgrim Project International, enjoys distance running, and is an ardent supporter of Arsenal FC.

He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science from St. Edwards’ University.
