Dexter Phillips

Dexter Phillips is the owner and manager of Rock Bottom Farm & Ranch, a permaculture designed farm and ranch. Dexter has a strong background in leadership and team management, serving as a Team Leader at Trident Group, Inc since July 2010. Prior to that, Dexter served as a SEAL at USSOCOM from 1985 to 2006. Dexter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from East Tennessee State University and also attended the Naval Postgraduate School from 1998 to 2000.
