Denise Miles has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Claims Management at Trident Reciprocal Exchange since July 2024. Previously, Denise held notable positions such as Vice President at Alacrity Solutions and Vice President of TPA Operations at Cross Country Adjusting. Denise's career features significant roles including Divisional Claims Manager at Bankers Insurance Group and Director of Claims at Florida Specialty, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily claims operations and managing large loss claims. Additional experience includes serving as TPA Director at RYZE Claim Solutions and handling complex claims during tenure at Sawgrass Mutual Insurance Company. Denise began in the industry as a Homeowners Insurance Adjuster with ASI™ and Allied American Adjusting Company, enhancing skills in claims examination and fraud investigation. Denise obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
