Chongjun Li

Chongjun (Lee) Li is a seasoned food technologist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Trident Seafoods since February 2020. Previous positions include Food Technologist at Lucks Food Decorating Company and Quality Assurance Technician at Kerry. Chongjun began a career in research and development at Talking Rain Beverage Company before working as a Research Assistant at Washington State University. Chongjun holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Idaho, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
