Stephen Goodwin

Stephen Goodwin currently serves as the Chief Aviation Advisor at Trident Services Australia, a position held since November 2020, where responsibilities include providing specialized advice to Aviation Security and Cleaning business units, focusing on client liaison and key stakeholder relationship management. Previously, Stephen held several roles at Trident, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive General Manager of Strategy and Corporate Services. Prior to joining Trident, Stephen amassed significant experience at Brisbane Airport Corporation, serving as Executive General Manager Operations and General Manager Operations, overseeing various operational aspects and aviation business development. Additionally, Stephen was the National Chairman of the Australian Airports Association from 2011 to 2016 and worked at ICI Dulux Paints as Human Resources Manager for Qld, NSW, and Selleys Group. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Queensland and completed an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
