Gayl M. Anglin

Gayl M. Anglin, Ph.D., is the Chair of the College of Health and Human Services at Trident University International, where responsibilities include overseeing various programs, developing curricula, and teaching courses in public health and health administration. Anglin has held multiple academic positions, including Department Chair and Professor of Health Sciences, and has extensive experience in managing faculty and program delivery. Prior to this, Anglin worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Project Manager and Senior Evaluator, focusing on health solutions and project implementation. Additionally, Anglin served as a Project Director/Researcher at UCLA, managing federally funded research on substance abuse treatment. Anglin holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Southern California, with a focus on health law and policy, and has a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the same institution and Oregon State University, respectively.
