Andy Gross

Andy Gross is the Director of Advanced Capabilities & Integration Sector at Trideum. Andy has over 20 years of experience in operations research, modeling, and simulation. Andy began their career as a teacher before transitioning into operations research analyst roles at the TRADOC Analysis Center and Army Capabilities Integration Center. In their current role, they are responsible for leading Trideum's participation in the cross command collaborative effort (3CE), assisting HQDA DCS, G-3/5/7 (Battle Command, Simulation, and Experimentation Directorate) in formulating M&S policy, procedures, and funding for the Army M&S.

Andy Gross has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Operations Research from the Florida Institute of Technology.
