Rory M. Farrell

Rory M. Farrell is a Partner at Trif & Modugno LLC since January 2024, having previously held the position of Partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP from September 2014 to February 2024. Rory's legal career includes serving as a Law Clerk to Hon. Douglas S. Lavine at the Connecticut Appellate Court from June 2013 to August 2014, and clerking for the United States Attorney's Office (USACT) in early 2012, where representation of the Internal Revenue Service in United States District Court was achieved. Additionally, Rory gained experience in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia in the summer of 2011, focusing on legal research and memorandum preparation. An internship with the Irish Government as a Dail Intern to Deputy David Stanton occurred from September 2008 to May 2009. Rory M. Farrell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law, earned in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Northeastern University, completed in 2009.
