Ron Sargent oversees the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Specialists and all Field Engineers. His goal is to deliver quality customer support while striving for continual process improvement.

Ron has over twenty years of experience in Service Desk Operations, with fourteen years in a leadership capacity. He has been with TriForma Tech (formerly SRV Network) since 2017.
