We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our rapidly growing scale up agency focused in the Salesforce space. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco businesses. You will be reporting to the Technical Lead where you will be responsible for converting business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions that deliver on our customer’s objectives. You must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in evaluating and delivering ROI. Main duties and responsibilities

  • Transform business requirements into functional specifications - design, build and implement high quality solutions in a timely, accurate manner.

  • Implement and manage account provisioning, permissions, permission sets, roles and hierarchies

  • Create, manage and optimize objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, process builders and flows to expand upon, automate and improve complex business processes

  • Act as a liaison between consultants, customers and development team with first line technical support and troubleshooting

  • Work directly with the technical architect and program manager to estimate development days. Plan, prioritise and deliver work according to release schedule, ensure on-time successful delivery

  • Take responsibility for regression and functional testing including devising and documenting test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments

  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies and application configuration in-line with business requirements as part of source control and deployment best practices

  • Devise and develop customer facing training plans, materials, and documentation to support roll-outs

  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team

  • Maintain familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope in order to make recommendations about potential integrations or functionality intersection points

  • Work with consultants and customers to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards

  • Support pre-sales activities by building and facilitating Salesforce demo sessions

  • Extend our resource through the engagement of offshore development teams

  • Additional duties as assigned

You:

Knowledge and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 3+ year’s work experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud consultant certification beneficial
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Advanced Excel/ETL/Data Loader skills required
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently

Soft Skills required

  • Demonstrated experience in a customized Salesforce.com environment - administering and customizing Salesforce.com Platform essential; workflows, automation and integration
  • Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve to become productive, enthusiastic and dependable quickly
  • Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups
  • Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
  • Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application testing of developed functionality
  • Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fast-paced go-live environment
  • Ability to dissect business requirements and return high quality solutions that meet expectations.
  • A solid understanding of business processes
