Lee Sela

Lee Sela is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Trigo Vision. Previously, they were a Recruiting Team Leader at Matrix DevOps from December 2019 to February 2021. Matrix DevOps specializes in tailored, full-scope DevOps solutions: requirements management, configuration management, project planning and management, agile work processes, development reports and dashboards, CI/CD, open-source management, static code analysis, and APM.

As Recruiting Team Leader, Lee was responsible for driving and managing the full life cycle recruiting process. Lee sourced, screened and evaluated quality candidates for promotion to customer positions in a variety of hi-tech positions. Lee also negotiated and closed contracts with applicants, provided solutions to labor laws, wages and social benefits. In addition, Lee led the recruitment merge process with companies acquired by Matrix. Lee also had responsibility for the domain mobility employees in the company.

Lee Sela has a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ruppin Academic Center.
