Mridul Sharma began their work experience in 2005 as a Quality Assurance Executive at Anjaybee Infotech Ltd. They monitored and troubleshooted both inbound and outbound processes, ensuring quality handling and proper documentation of calls. In 2008, they joined Vodafone Spacetel Ltd as a Process Trainer and remained in this role until 2015. At Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd, Mridul worked as a Contact Center Operations Manager from 2015 to 2021. Following that, they became an Assistant General Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited from 2021 to 2022. Presently, Mridul is working as a Learning and Development Lead at Trigyn Technologies starting from April 2022.
Mridul Sharma completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shillong College, Shillong, Meghalaya, from 2001 to 2004.
