Nandita Bayan Barua

Nandita Bayan Barua currently serves as Associate Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Trigyn Technologies, a position held since October 2021. Concurrently, Nandita holds the role of General Manager - HRBP and Head of Talent, Capability NOC & CODE at Vodafone Idea Limited, where responsibilities began in October 2018. Previous experience includes significant roles at Vodafone, where Nandita worked as Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager, and at BT as Global Training Manager. An early career at IBM as Deputy Manager and Vertex Data Science as Product Trainer further established expertise in human resources and training. Nandita obtained a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis, a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Gauhati University, and completed HSSLC at Cotton College Gauhati.
