Charisse Troutman

Charisse Troutman is an experienced Operations Manager in Managed Care at TriHealth, where employment commenced in October 2017. In addition to overseeing operations, Charisse serves as Chair of the TriHealth Resource Initiatives for Black Employees (TRIBE), an employee resource group established in December 2020 to promote cultural awareness and leadership development. Prior to TriHealth, Charisse held various roles at UC Health from December 2007 to October 2017, including Insight Analyst and Managed Care Project Consultant. Earlier career experiences include positions at Presidential Financial Corporation, Fifth Third Bank, and U.S. Bank. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Cincinnati and Withrow High School.
