Adam Bartkoski

Adam Bartkoski is a Project Manager, CPESC, and QSD with experience working for various companies such as Trihydro Corporation, Jacobson James & Associates, Inc., Ahtna AGSC, ICF International, and the United States Air Force. Adam has a B.A. in Geography from California State University-Sacramento and has also studied at the Community College of the Air Force. Adam's responsibilities include Project Construction Stormwater Permit acquisition and implementation, resource allocation, and client relations for utility and municipal clients in the Industrial, Commercial, and Energy Services Group.
