Donald Carter

Donald Carter is an experienced professional in the field of technology and security, currently serving as the President and CTO of Triitus Corporation since January 2014. In parallel, Donald has been a Secure Mobile Lead Engineer at the NSA since June 2007, where responsibilities include designing and productizing secure virtualization solutions for mobility efforts, notably developing the first secure ultrabook and wireless tablet compliant with TS/SCI networks. Prior to these roles, Donald was the Chief Information Officer at SIM LLC, focusing on the engineering and production of secure mobile devices. Donald’s career began with research work at the Naval Postgraduate School, contributing to advanced research in Information Assurance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Bakersfield.
