Kathryn Minshew is the Founder and Chief Troublemaker at Plotting Mischief, and serves as an advisor for Trilantic North America and XFactor Ventures. Previously, Kathryn was the Founder and CEO of The Muse, which aids over 75 million individuals in shaping their careers and was recognized as one of Fast Company's 50 Most Innovative Companies. Kathryn authored "The New Rules of Work," a comprehensive guide for navigating the modern workplace, following a successful leadership tenure at The Muse. Earlier professional experiences include strategic roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, McKinsey & Company, the U.S. Department of State, and the World Health Organization. Kathryn holds a BA in Political Science and French from Duke University and has studied at Sciences Po Strasbourg.
