The current Trilantic Capital Partners board of directors has a wide range of experience in various industries, with most of the members having experience in investment banking and private equity. Many of the members also have experience as directors or observers on other boards. The board is chaired by Joe Rice, who also is a partner at Greenbelt Capital Partners and has experience as a director at other companies. Other notable members of the board include Scott Mackin, who has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, and Michael Jeschke, who is a managing partner at Stellus Capital Management.
