David Barnard-Wills

David Barnard-Wills is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in connecting high-quality research to commercial services and ensuring sustainable pathways from research to innovation at Trilateral Research since July 2012. In various roles, David has led projects on cyber warfare legislation, prevention of tax crimes in the EU, and advanced technologies for combatting organized crime. Prior experience includes research fellowships at Cranfield University and the University of Birmingham, focusing on online privacy, surveillance, and counter-terrorism measures. David holds a PhD in Politics, along with an MA and BA in the same field from the University of Nottingham.
