Chad Van Norman

Chad is responsible for managing TriLinc’s portfolio allocations along with portfolio level risk mitigation. He also serves as the Team Lead for the African and European investments across TriLinc’s portfolios, liaising with regional Investment Partners, and leading deal teams in transaction analysis and portfolio monitoring. Chad joined TriLinc as a Staff Accountant after graduating from university and in 2013, transitioned to the Investment Team. He has previous experiences in accounting, serving as an assurance intern for Ernst & Young and tax and assurance intern for Hogan Taylor. Chad completed his M.B.A. at UCLA Anderson School of Business as part of their fully employed program. In addition, Chad passed the CFA Level I exam and plans to continue in the program. Chad graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Oral Roberts University.
