Massood Zarrabian

Massood Zarrabian has been working in the software/high tech industry since 1972. In 1994, they became the COO of Cayenne Software, followed by becoming the VP of Marketing and R&D of ComputerVision in 1998. Massood then became the EVP of Product Operations at Lewtan Technology in 1999, and the CEO of ServiceSoft Inc. in 2001. In 2012, they were recruited by Sigma Partners to become the Chairman and CEO of Certeon, where they worked to create a singular focus on strategy and build an open and trusting culture. In 2013, they became the CEO and Chairman of Upland BA Insight and worked to transform the company into a subscription-based, profitable and growing company. Massood also acted as a consultant to entrepreneurs and investors while seeking new opportunities as CEO/COO. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Trilio, providing data protection software, and is currently working to enable organizations of all sizes to backup, recover, replicate and migrate their applications.

Massood Zarrabian received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1967 and 1971.
