Alex Cooper currently serves as the Director of Customer Operations for Central and Latin America at Trilliant, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Alex held multiple roles at Lumeon from September 2015 to January 2023, including Director of Customer Operations, where responsibility included overseeing support and SaaS operations and expanding into the US market. Prior to this, Alex's experience spans over 16 years at Open Text, including roles such as Support Manager for Global Customer Support, where operations in the EMEA region were managed, and Product Support Manager, focusing on support readiness for Fax server products. Alex holds a B.A. in English (Creative Writing), cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
