Miguel Cardoso has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Miguel began their career at RedPrairie in 2008, where they served as a Technical Account Manager and later as an RPS EMEA Support Manager. In 2013, they joined LexisNexis Risk UK as a Support & Operations Manager. Miguel then moved to CACI Ltd in 2014, where they held the positions of Service Operations Director and later Business Unit Director until 2021. Miguel then joined Trilliant as the EMEA Director of Customer Operations in 2021. Most recently, Miguel is a Lecturer and DBA Mentor at Swiss School of Business and Management as of 2023.

Miguel Cardoso holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Operations Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management (2022-2023). Prior to that, they earned a Management Masters degree from Robert Gordon University (completed in 2019). Their undergraduate studies include a BSc Open Degree from The Open University (2010-2015) and a Licentiate degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (1994-2000). Miguel also has additional certifications, including being a Chartered Economist from Ordem dos Economistas (expected in 2023) and certifications in Cloud Data Warehouse and Data Lake, Business 360 Foundation Level Series, Cloud Integration for Application Modernization, Data Governance & Privacy, GDPR Foundation, and ISO27001:2015 from various institutions.
