John Maggs, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Trillium Brewing Company since September 2023, John drives operations for a $14M, 750-seat restaurant, overseeing a team of managers and handling significant daily business volumes. Previously, John held the roles of General Manager & Beverage Director and Bar Manager at Solea Restaurant & Tapas Bar from July 2012 to September 2023, enhancing customer service and managing beverage programs for a large restaurant group.
