Brian Butler

Brian Butler is a seasoned Senior Field Service Engineer at Trillium Flow Technologies, with experience since July 2013 and currently on secondment to the Elgin-Franklin platforms as part of the Mechanical team since April 2019. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Field Service Engineer at CLYDEUNION Pumps from February 2009 to July 2013, focusing on the installation and commissioning of pumps and providing technical support. Brian began a career in engineering after completing an apprenticeship at Weir Engineering Services, where from June 2001 to February 2009, responsibilities included servicing and repairing equipment on North Sea oil & gas platforms and conducting overhauls of power station systems. Brian is an alumnus of Aberdeen College.
