Shannon Maier

Shannon Maier is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospital and health care industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Practice at Trillium Health Partners since May 2023, Shannon previously held the position of Senior Director, Patient Services at Guelph General Hospital. With a strong background in managing inpatient services during critical periods, including the Covid-19 pandemic, and demonstrating a commitment to quality improvement and patient care, Shannon has also served as Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive at Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance. Early career experience includes roles as Clinical Director for Maternal Newborn & Paediatric Services and a Registered Nurse in several key departments. Shannon holds advanced degrees in health leadership and quality improvement, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
