Jonathan Kern is a seasoned executive currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at BroadStreet Partners, an insurance brokerage holding company. Their extensive experience includes a tenure as Partner and Head of Corporate Development at West Monroe, where Jonathan focused on delivering measurable results in transformative industries. Prior to that, Jonathan held various leadership roles in Corporate Development at Aon, overseeing M&A activities across the U.S., EMEA, and Latin America, successfully closing transactions with a combined enterprise value exceeding $170 million. Jonathan began their professional journey as a Senior Financial Analyst Intern at Ford Motor Company and held trading positions in the commodities market at G&B Trading. Jonathan holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
