Howard Tolliver has over three decades of experience in quality assurance and customer service, having served as the Quality Assurance/Customer Service Manager at Trilogy Communications, Inc. since June 2008. Prior to this role, Howard held various positions within Trilogy Communications, including Quality Assurance Manager and Process Engineering Manager, demonstrating a consistent trajectory in quality management since joining the company in 1989. Earlier in Howard's career, significant roles included Quality Control and Document Control Manager and Hardware Design Engineer at Diversified Technology from July 1983 to June 1989. Howard's educational background includes an Electronics Engineering Technology degree from Western Kentucky University and an AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Kentucky.
