Alice Geis

Director of Integrated Healthcare at Trilogy

Dr. Geis is currently Trilogy’s Director of Integrated Health, having previously served as Medical Services Coordinator and Interim Medical Director. She is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with doctoral preparation in Systems Leadership nursing. She is also an Assistant Professor at Rush University.

She is a frequent invited speaker and consultant on topics ranging from behavioral health and primary care integration, health behavior change, and developing successful partnerships. She has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and Op-Ed pieces in online magazines.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Dr. Geis’s work included developing a hospital-based psychiatric home care program, investigating war crimes in the former Yugoslavia as a member of a United Nations team, and being clinical coordinator of the psychiatric ambulatory service of an academic medical center. In addition to her work as a psychiatric provider, she is passionate about supporting the mission of Trilogy by contributing to the development of high functioning interprofessional teams.
