Batya Hernandez

Batya Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grants management and communications. Currently serving as the Manager of Grants and Communications at Trilogy since July 2023, Batya has previously held leadership roles such as President of Blue Line Studio from January 2003 to May 2021 and Assistant Director of Grants and Contracts at both City Colleges of Chicago and WYCC PBS Chicago. Notable achievements include developing a business plan and pitch deck for a social equity cannabis initiative at Cresco Labs SEED Incubator, and creating comprehensive grant strategies that enhanced funding opportunities at various organizations. Batya holds a Bachelor's degree in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago and received education at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
