Stephen M. Fatum

Stephen M. Fatum is a partner in the Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He concentrates his practice in the Healthcare Department. Stephen’s focus has been on legal and strategic matters affecting physicians, physician organizations and not-for-profit corporations. He received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1985 and his B.A. degree in history from Holy Cross College in 1981. Stephen is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and has served as chair of the Healthcare Section Council. He is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys. Stephen is a frequent speaker on physician and hospital relationships. Stephen also serves on the Boards of Midwest Young Artists and Chicago Jazz Philharmonic. Stephen has been a Board Member of Trilogy Inc. since January 2002 and past chair of its Development Committee.
