Richard Miller

Richard Miller has over 20 years of experience in operations management, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and transportation management. Richard currently serves as the Director of Operations at TriMark USA, where they are responsible for the effective and safe operation of transportation, storage, distribution activities, and facility management. Prior to their current role, Richard worked at Oriental Trading Company, where they held various positions, including Senior Operations Manager, Production Manager, Production Group Supervisor, and Shipping and Order Expedite Supervisor. Richard also has military experience, having served as a Battalion Non Commissioned Officer in the US Army, where they managed administrative and automated army maintenance systems. Richard has additional experience as an On-site Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager at Rinker Materials and as a Laborer at National By-Products. Richard began their career as a Sales Associate in the electronic department at Best Buy, where they received awards for their customer service skills.

Richard Miller completed their education as follows: From 2001 to 2004, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Midland University. In the same period, they also obtained a BA in Marketing and Management from Midland University. From 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Capital from Bellevue University.
