Harold Lasser

Harold Lasser has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles, spanning over three decades. Harold has held various positions in different companies, including TriMas Corporation, Hood Packaging, General Dynamics C4 Systems, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, Tyco - Grinnell Flow Control, Oil City Iron Works, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and Arthur Andersen & Co.

In their most recent role at TriMas Corporation, they served as the Division Finance Officer / VP Finance for the Engineered Components division. Harold'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, operational tactics, compliance, driving financial results, and managing a team of direct reports.

Prior to that, they worked at Hood Packaging as a Controller, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, manufacturing standard cost, cash management, and IT infrastructure.

Harold also served as the Division Controller at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Corporate Accounting Manager at Ingersoll Rand, and held leadership positions at Trane, including Controller for Marketing & Sales and Controller for Compressor Manufacturing. Earlier in their career, they held a Controller position at Oil City Iron Works, where they oversaw financial and IT operations. Harold also gained experience as an Internal Auditor at Occidental Petroleum Corporation and worked as a Public Accounting Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Harold Lasser earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science from Texas A&M University between 1982 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Corsicana High School. In 2011, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from BTI.
