Praful Tandale is an experienced professional who has been working in the IT industry for several years. Currently holding the position of AGM NOC Ops at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd, Praful provides L3 support for NMS - Solarwinds NPM and Service Desk Solarwinds WHD. Additionally, Praful is responsible for MIS reports, server administration, sizing/evaluation, and testing.
