Enrique Mariscal

Enrique Mariscal is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in cost estimating and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Cost Estimating and Value Engineering at TriMet since August 2022, Enrique previously held roles at Sellen Construction, where responsibilities included preparing quantity and cost estimates for various projects and developing a cloud-based benchmarking tool for the estimating department. Prior to Sellen Construction, Enrique contributed to Granite Construction in roles ranging from Construction Engineer to Sr. Take-off Estimator, managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control on multiple projects. Enrique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Fresno, and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington.
