Operations Management

The Operations Management team at TriMet is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily functions and strategic planning of bus, MAX light rail, commuter rail, and streetcar services. This includes managing field operations, ensuring service quality, maintaining rail equipment, handling customer service, planning and executing projects, and optimizing workforce utilization. Their goal is to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe transit services for the Portland metropolitan area.
