Jeb Doran

Principal Project Manager at TriMet

Jeb Doran has a diverse work experience spanning different fields. Jeb began their career in 1997 as a Construction Crew member at COUNTRY LANDSCAPE INC. and later worked as a Construction and Maintenance crew lead at MEDALLION LANDSCAPE SERVICE, INC. In 1998, they joined Green Hans Landscape Architecture as a Construction Crew member. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Field Technician at the U.S. Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Institute, where they conducted site analysis and data collection for the National Fire Plan. In 2003, they interned at the Siuslaw Watershed Council, focusing on the Indian Creek Watershed Restoration Plan. From 2004 to 2006, Doran served as a Land Management Technician at Lane County Land Management Division.

Doran's experience in transportation infrastructure began in 2006 as an Assistant Design Manager on the WES Commuter Rail Project. Jeb then worked as a Design Manager on the Civic DR MAX station project and as a Design and Construction Manager on the Rockwood MAX station Revitalization project. In 2011, they became a Project Manager and Urban Design Lead on the Portland To Milwaukie Transit Project, a federally funded project that involved constructing a new MAX light rail alignment. Jeb continued their Project Manager role at TriMet and was responsible for managing projects such as the Park Ave Park and Ride Project and the Sustainable City Year Program.

Doran's most recent roles at TriMet include Senior Project Manager on the Southwest Corridor Light Rail Project and Principal Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Transit Manager on the Interstate Bridge Replacement project at TriMet.

Jeb Doran earned a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon, completing their education from 1999 to 2004. Jeb later obtained certification as a Registered Landscape Architect from the State of Oregon in 2014.
