Joe Tobias

Joe Tobias, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Customer Experience at TriMet, Joe leads complex projects while maintaining frameworks to track progress and budgets. Previously, Joe held several leadership positions within the PMI Portland Chapter, focusing on military liaison and association outreach. With a strong background in logistics and operations from the US Navy, Joe has managed significant budgets and personnel across various capacities, including Director of Logistics on the USS Kentucky. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Arkansas, a certificate in Enterprise Resource Planning from Penn State Erie, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
