Lily Chan

Lily Chan is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Long Term Liabilities Accountant at TriMet since July 2023, Lily is responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of payroll liability accounts and related benefits. Prior to this role, Lily was a Senior GL Accountant at Affinity Property Management from August 2015 to July 2023, and earlier held the position of Senior Accountant - GL at Human Solutions, INC, where duties included reconciling general ledger accounts. Additionally, Lily has experience as an Interim Accounting and Finance Manager, overseeing the Finance Department's daily operations, and worked as a Staff Accountant at James Richardson, CPA, PC, handling client bookkeeping. Early career experience includes a position as a Student Assistant in Research Accounting at Portland State University and as an Interpreter for Washington County.
